Constant problem.
Cops wouldn't even come look when 300 tires were dumped on my place. Ironically I eventually asked a crackhead and he provided me with evidence to who did it.
posted, no dumping signs are a must.
Keeping everything cleaned up can fix a problem spot.
I would probably cleaned it up and took it to the sheriffs dept and dumped it there. Just to make my point!
