If both are apple products and on the same wifi network you can airdrop the video to the laptop. In photos just select the video and then hit the share icon...it is the [square with the arrow pointing up]...and select airdrop. If airdrop is not available you can share it using the [square with the arrow pointing up] through other methods listed. Messages, google, etc.
