Yes go talk to both your lawyer and accountant IF they know farm law, what the FSA needs are and understand the govt programs pertaining to agriculture. If they don’t the answers you get from them will be worse than advice here. Lot of good info on this site but you do need the hip waders on a bit too often, especially on legal “advice”.
