You will find in the above videos not all of the doctors are in complete agreement on everything, but they all have the same common theme to eliminate gout problems. I have never had gout that I know of (I did get a gout shot a couple years back before I changed diet) but I do know all my joint pain went away when I changed diet to low carb, eliminated most highly processed foods and quit consuming vegetable oils (with the exception of what I might get when we eat out). Not sure if it was one of those specific things or the combination of all three, but pretty much all my pains went a way. I have had a grand total of about two regular strength Tylenol in about the last 15 months. Before diet change I popped pain pills regularly. John
