I'd fix it for that price.  I had one break last spring.  I figured it was a gonner.  They filled and then put on a crown and so far so good.  I had to avoid eating on that side until my crown came in.  It made my jaw hurt.  Luckily I have dental insurance through wife's insurance that paid half of it but would have had it fixed regardless.
