John, 3 belt notches for me.  Either a new belt or the "ice pick" is coming by May.   We still pay some attention to red meat consumption (my Dad was a heart patient back in the 70s an 80s and the low fat stuff still resonates) and eat low glycemic index vegetables but my wife and I both are just thrilled.  You da' man.
