SA | Two important things to consider:
1. According to Climate, not only you DO NOT own your data, but they do!
Extracted form Climate's EULA:
"As between Climate and you, we are the sole owner of the Climate Products and Generated Data, and all associated technology and intellectual property rights, and we reserve all rights in and to the Climate Products and Generated Data."
Imagine a future situation where they sue you for using YOUR yield maps to make YOUR planting prescriptions...
2. They have a privacy policy, we already knew that, but did you know they have serious plans to change it? How? that we don't know.
Also extracted from their EULA:
"We will collect, use and share your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), which is incorporated by reference into, and made a part of, this Agreement."
