| Walmart as a whole has better pay, benefits, and working conditions than your average mom and pop pharmacy. And I would argue Walmart is making less of a profit margin on that product than the local store because their business model is based off of volume not scrounging a captive customer base for every penny they have.
Its a tough pill to swallow but in general big businesses are better than mom and pop operations in almost every way other than aesthetics and feel. This is fact not my opinion. | |
