Sad part is the profit is probably the same for Walmart as it is for the local pharmacist. The bigger you are the more you can throw your weight around getting a better purchase price. I know it can be tough but I vote with my dollars and I shop small business/local every chance I get, even if it costs me more. My small town needs all the business it can.
