My area it is 25 days, others may vary. So if on June 6th I take PP corn I can take 35% of the payment and 25 days later plant beans that I must insure. By doing so they will plug in 60% of my corn APH for a 2019 yield. The beans I plant June 30th would full insurance cost but reduced 10% in coverage because I'm 10 days past the PP bean date. I'm not sure if the bean yield counts towards APH or not, either way it is a aph killer. | |
