For what it's worth: back in the late 80s early 90s I leased a lot of ground from an old man. He was a true "blue blood" came from a long line. He had been in federal politics and a lobbyist for years. We would talk a lot. I mostly listened. What I learned was his people looked at us like monkeys in cages. They would put the feed on this side of the cage to move the monkeys where they wanted them. Get my drift? Now, look back at the old wheat allotments and peanut allotments, farm subsidies, CRP, etc. It is just putting us monkeys where they want us. And it's no surprise, the majority of the crowd moves over there. The old dairy buyout program was a huge one! We used to have 400 small dairies I'm my county way back before my time. It shows on our county records. Now we have 3 dairies. Ever seen planet of the apes? Lol. One of these days there might be an extremely smart monkey that will organize the farmers and ranchers and be a powerhouse organization. In my dreams
