Hennepin, IL | Do you know what your COP is for 2020, 2021? Bit of a gamble if you dont know either, more than some will let on. Do you have enough long term land to cover the contracts and also the losses if the gamble turns south? Personally, I'd focus on 19 sales as long as they're profitable then start gambling on 20, especially if you can start locking in inputs for 20. If 19 sales aren't profitable now, what makes you think 20 and 21 will be? | |
