| I am 6 ft tall, we had a '69 k-10 with a step side on it, could easily reach over the tail gate and touch the bed floor........my '72 k-20 I still drive has a stake body and the floor is a tad below my belt.....I was helping my neighbor the other day and his brother has a 2 year old F250 and the top of the tailgate was higher than my arm pits.........why in the world is this the case when most trucks are glorified cars now days? I don't get it? Now since we jacked it up so high in the stock form we need a gimmic in the form of a 50 billion way tail gate step to help sell them? | |
