I would take the high road and ask the landlord if he needs any help starting out with his new project-its not like it is going to make or break your operation-maybe not have to buy that new combine-or perhaps get hit with bad weather etc-one things for sure-kindness is remembered-maybe point out that your really disappointed and maybe meet 1/2 way.
What would u do??
