Nw Indiana | I would definitely be calm but in a persistent matter tell them you already have inputs paid and accounted for it financially. They should understand that. Tell them you'd be glad to leave after harvest this year. Legally if they did not give you notice last December , it's yours for this year. Especially if you had an agreement beforehand. He may not be aware that. All else fails, tell him to buy your inputs out and walk away. That would be the honest thing to do if they insist on them farming it this year. | |
