Roanoke, IN | You're in the right. You have 2 options. Get a lawyer, take him to the cleaners and prove to everyone how right you are and how wrong he is. You won't want the weed patch in the future after he fails at organic anyway.
Or you could tell him you have inputs purchased and were counting on the income off the farm this year, but understand it's his ground. Offer to work it up and help seed the hay if that's what he wants to recoup some lost income.
