Central SD | yes, that is a tough situation. I think its absolutely absurder hes going back on his word. As bad as it sounds you might have to get legal advice/help. I would pursue that route unless you think sometime in the future you can buy it or rent it again for sure. No matter how good of friends people are ''an agreement is an agreement" people need to follow the protocol or legal action needs to be taken. Whats the point anymore for anyone, if people start breaking agreements. It is how all good business is ran. I know it happens but still shouldn't. That's why everything I do is in paper so there is zero questioning. | |
