Will get rock hard but will get pot holes. We do a stabilized full depth reclamation process at work. We inject 4-5% oil(emulsion) by volume and then sheeps foot blade to shape and roll with rubber tire roller and then a smooth face steel. Is the nicest gravel road you will drive. Smooth enough to use a creeper on.
