Thanks for the replies! Now I just need to figure out the cost and see what kind of value I can come up with as it compares to other materials.....


One of our farms is close to I-80 and they would pile asphalt milling at that exit. Years ago they would give it to us. I started hauling in a straight truck then bought a four axle dump truck and a old roller and we used a lot of it. If they were working in the area and the loader was there they would even load it. { I would donate to the beer fund} As others have said summer is the best to work with it. As people saw what we were doing the demand went up and they started charging for it. Its probably been 10 years since I have hauled any as it got to were they want the same per ton as I could get limestone rock for.
