Need for next year:
1) 4250/4450/7700/7710/7800/7810 for Rd baler/mower tractor (125hp+). With or without loader. MFWD would be nice for feeding hay in mud and for future tillage work if row crop potential comes around. Also looking for PS and low hours, but maybe that's too picky.
Budget $40-50,000 for tractor add 5-10,000 for loader
2) 6300/6400/2950/2955 or similar for general utility/raking/loader tractor. With loader preferred and MFWD for feeding hay in mud.
Looking at $25-35,000 for tractor and loader
3) 3pt mounted mower.
Buy new for $10-12,000 for rear, $20-30,00 for front mounted
4) 8 or 10 wheel rake
Least expensive item for $2-10,000

Nice or next year:
1) Manure spreader. Deere 450 size should be adequate
Good luck finding a good one (450/455) for under $5000 with any life left in it.  A Pik-Rite 490 is the replacement and will run $10-20,000
2) Skid loader
Big enough for round bale and low houred better plan on $20-30,000

Looks like $130-160,000 should get you set up so for 80 acres less house/yard that is close to $2000/acre for equipment and will be really difficult to cash-flow on 80 acres (close to $100/acre for interest alone on equipment) before adding in fencing for cattle ($5-10,000) cattle ($xx,000), buildings ($xx,000), Working chute/tools/etc ($5,000).  That is a lot of investment for a couple years and uncle Sam will throw it out as a hobby and limit deductions to farm income.

I could easily cover that with our 3020/148 loader, 4020, 567 baler, Claas 2750 mower, and Pik Rite 790 spreader with less than $50,000 in equipment.  Much of our equipment is over sized, but was bough reasonable.  It takes patience to wait for the deals on equipment and this was all bought over the coarse of several years and barely cash flows and relies on an off the farm job for household expenses.  From your list you will need a really good off farm job ($150k+) to support that line of equipment starting out.
