Embarrass WI		We tried very hard to treat our kids equitably. That does not mean equally, they are two different individuals with different traits.

In our house, I was more often the hard line guy. My wife was softer BUT we agreed on the major things.

Ours are 34 and 33 now, I think they are old enough that I can say they turned out OK.
