Just a quick question about a prenup. Who does it benifit the most? You, your future wife or the lawyer?
The lawyer gets paid to write it, defend it and if they are good at defending the prenup they guarantee you have assets to generate income or to sell off to pay the lawyer.
Same thing with the other assets divided 50/50. You and your ex each take your half to sell to pay the lawyer.
So again who comes out ahead from a prenup. Because lawyers never come out behind.
Finally - - - - someone who gets it.
Legal documents 100% benefit only one side - - - - the lawyer.
Anything else you have to have the money to pay for.
Its the golden rule - - - he who has the gold rules.
Funny how everything needs a lawyer today.
Maybe we should just do like good old boy Shakespeare suggested. |
