SE MN | Is your lawyer experienced in this area? If not you need a different lawyer. There are plenty of pitfalls like she needs her own separate representation in order for the whole thing to not be considered coercion. Your lawyer writing it up and she deciding it looks good and signing it isn't enough.
To those guys who say that you don't need a prenup if she is the right one, you must consider yourself smarter and better than every guy who has been surprised by divorce papers (2/3 of divorces are filed by women, google it). If you believe that you are better than every guy who had a bad experience before you, then go ahead. I don't consider myself that superior in the big scheme of things. | |
