N FLA | Just curious what the laws in your state say? I think it's different everywhere and there might be something in place that is the law of the land anyway.
If you are a landowner in 3 states, going by your location, then you are probably well enough established a good woman would expect nothing less than a prenup because you've earned that in life, and maybe you can earn her half of some more the rest of her life. Heck she might hang on and get it all in the will anyway.
If youre a poor dirt scratcher like most of us, it's not worth troubling with as you'll just split up what you grow together anyhow. | |
