here is a possible situation.. usually all nozzles are a few degrees off of square or offset to each other, so that their overlapping pattern misses each other. With this it can be an optical illusion when looking at on side verses the other as you will see more pattern on one side than the other because of this design. A quick way to test would be to catch a stationary timed test, but that's not nice to do unless its just water. Have someone look from behind or from ahead and see if they detect a difference in flow while your running. It may look even from their position.
