It's always tough to place a value on a feedlot and with cattle feeding margins in the red a feedlot just isn't worth much these days BUT, that is CHEAP irrigated ground. Up here the 130 A pivot would have brought what the feedlot plus all the land together brought. The second pivot was half what it should have brought.
