It amazes me how the buyer almost always behaves in these situations. They offer the owner a whorehouse price to get the farm bought and then chisel and cheat the tenant to wear him down for a few bucks an acre. If they had the dough to offer for the place, they shouldn't get cheap when it comes to a buy out! Just my opinion. | |
