southern MN | I bought a few acres of land a couple years ago over winter & was 1/2 expecting the renter to call me up. I know the deal & he woulda had the right to pay me whatever he was paying the previous owner & go another year.
Never called me, land was for sale for a couple years so must have planned for it to be gone. Soil was pretty low test so weren't any fertilizer to re-emburse for!
