| In my area the BTO's aren't the problem so much. I know some of them who have let some high rent ground go but there is always a wannabe BTO ready to take it at the same or even higher price. Those guy's I'm sure have no equity in anything so nothing to lose but they sure keep the rent rates from correcting any. It's a mystery how they can borrow all the dollars it takes to operate these days. | |
