| Exactly, I don't want to mess the purchase up(I can't really, its all legally binding at this point) or create bad blood.
I checked my purchase agreement and it shows that it should stay as part of an improvement on the grounds, since it has a permanent water line it would basically be equivalent to taking the kitchen faucet.
I am not going to make a stink unless at the walk through there is a bunch of stuff that should have stayed gone...
And to set the stage a bit, this is a "widow"(they never married) that got the property after a death, kept it too long and now has to sell it. | |
