From what I have read grounding the building would make it even worse than nothing, unless you have a steel floor. EMP is not stopped by ground. So by grounding the building, it is turned into a big EMP collector that is then channelled into the building through the ground.
If you can pick up the slightest radio or cell signal in there, It is not a faraday cage. |
