Not only did the price go up this spring when they were setting the insurance price but I think it also went down last fall and help us out and in 2012 it went up when they had to pay out claims on bushels lost not price. I would say we are looking at 3 times that it moved in favor of the farmers and once it moved against us. That would seem to me like very poor odds that it was manipulated. I would have collected some at $3.20 but I don't think I will at the current price but I am taking advantage of the run up in price and selling some 2015 crop.
