I currently feed most of my steers out. I do sell some of the heavier calves in the spring when I'm swamped with calves and it seems to be a seasonal high in the market also. I Also like the fact I can run bigger groups be I run my steers and heifers together til the steers are 6-700lbs. I'm also maxed out on milking herd util I add on or switch cows ( not fun when you milk by yourself).
