Ridgway, IL
You're in my wheel house on the lite bulls... Here, 450lb bulls are trading around 1300$, while 550lb steers trading at 1450$. 850lb steers at 1800, 950lb steers at nearly 2,000$

There seem to be lots of 4wt bulls coming to town, as a lot of guys don't want to risk any death loss or expense on a pre conditioning program at these prices, so they are selling right off the cow, untouched.

I don't know how long these price spreads are gonna hold though, the prices on these little calves has been creeping up the past 2 weeks here, but I guess so have the feeder steer prices....

Way to be flexible. I'm gonna start looking at some heavier bulls like what you're doing... It seems like it will be harder to put together numbers of them though, and my winter grasses are really taking off. I feel like I need to get some animals on them ASAP.
