whitesville new york | I remember back in the day when I was I school and we were short on facilities and time. We were sending every single bull calf to market at a week old. I remember getting a bill one time from the sale barn. Even my buddy that had a buying station said he was loosing a little money making sure everyone got a minum of $20 check. And guess what. The beef check off still got there $1. I now market my claves a little differently and I am sure they are getting less check off dollars because of it. I also get $.10 per hundred taken out of my milk check for nys milk check off and $.05 for national. Not even sure how to contact any of the people that sit on these comitties. | |
