I guess everything I do could be hired out. Meaning the people that do those jobs consider it work. Example- trucking, mechanics, field work, crop scouting, record keeping, cow feeding, welding, construction, painting. This is a short list. Go tell someone that does any of these for a living that their job isn't demanding. It's all what you want it to be. If you want a half a$$ operation that looks run down, sure you don't have to work hard. If you try to squeeze every bit of profit out of a good sized farm and take pride in what you have it is hard work.
