In the lack of ANY solid physical evidence, really any scenario is still in play here.  But the idea that somebody went to the effort to land this thing somewhere and use it as a bomb later has no credibility.  Anybody with an 8000+ foot runway already has access to large jets, which could be outfitted to do something like that in total secrecy instead of focusing the whole world's attention on them.  Pakistan, Somalia, Iran, Pakistan, Libya, etc- they ALL possess 737s, 747s, A300 Airbus types and most of them probably have older retired commercial jets that could be used for a one-way mission for very little cost.
