Have some in your pocket when you're around the cows and when you see some drop, go pick up a sample. Write number and refrigerate until you can get them to the vet or the worm eggs can hatch within a few days in warm weather.
In your case, you'll gain more information by knowing the cow that it came from than just randomly picking up some out of the field, though that works too where all the cows have been wormed at the same time, have been on the place a while etc. I would plan on trying for those that are not doing as well | |
