Drench is an oral treatment.
I imagine it would help if these new girls were treated and dry lotted for a day or two. They will expell most of the worms in that time and you sure do not want the worms and eggs on the pastures where they will be grazing. If you get one that other things have not helped much I would try Prohibit. But I save that for the big guns and don't over use it. On my sheep I repeat again in 2 to 3 weeks, I think that helps a bunch when I have one prone to parasites.
