Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Right here in 1955 when the irrigation started coming in. And I would have liked to had the power to block about 75% of the irrigation wells that were dug. With pivots and drip irrigation we have now, and 1955 water table, one irrigation well per section, this would look like the Garden of Eden.
As it is now we drilled 3X too many wells and it took one generation to pump out all the best water.
