I'm not familiar with how to properly apply fertilizer for soils with PH's as high as yours. So I can't help you there. But one thing I'm comfortable advising you on, is to be sure and inoculate your seed. And I would double inoculate the seed at that. It makes a big difference with fields that have never had soybeans planted before. If the field has never had soybeans grown before, there's no way for there to be any of the desired bacteria in the soil to help the soybean plant produce it's own nitrogen.
