I believe in order for them to keep their rifles they need to go to training every three years.

Would also assume they would not hand them, or allow easy access (lack of safe keeping) to those who suffer from mental illness.

Severe penalties are enforced for lack of security in keeping their weapons,  I like that.

We can talk guns every day for the rest of our life, until the discussion turns to personal responsibility, lack of mental health facilities, and proper treatment for those inflicted with mental illness,  tragedy's will happen within our boarders.


Boot camp would do most 19 year olds good.  Especially in the last 15 years. 


PS:  The best quote Ive ever read was from a Swiss general.....  Nazi consul after hours of talks came down basically asking him what he would do when twice the population of swiss army invaded them.....  "we'd shoot twice and go home" was his answer.
