W Texas
Does SW Oklahoma qualify as the South? Lived here all my life and still not sure, lol.

Been so dry here and so hot in the summer, that a lot of irrigated ground is going into winter crops until the weather pattern changes. There is going to be more irrigated wheat harvested here than ever before, IMO. If any summer crops are planted at all, it will be double crop behind wheat -- most likely milo and some peaunuts on the sandy ground. You can cross 70k acres of irrigated cotton off the list in Altus. Their irrigation district apparetly won't qualify for irrigated insurance next year and alot is going into wheat.
