Iowa City, IA | There is no bike trail on Mt Hunger rd. For some folks, including my friend John, bicycling is how they get from point A to point B. Our roads were built for general public use, that includes pedal transportation. It would be nice if some folks on here might exercise a modicum of restraint when they respond to a post such as this. John was a real person, funny, outgoing, well read, and he was my friend. Try to remember your comments are not about a faceless statistic to some people. Your comments are about someone who was important to those close to them. I hope that all folks here are extended a bit of courtesy when they find themselves in difficult times, Every once and a while it is appropriate to keeps your thoughts to yourself out of consideration others. | |
