Wallis, TX | The only problem I see with it is every state has different laws & rules regarding minerals. They vary greatly from state to state.
Now pipelines are regulated by the feds as well as the states. Those rules do have some commonality across state lines.
In either instance you need to get a good lawyer to help you out. This free advice off the internet is great, but in the end you need legal advice from a lawyer. The amount of money and possible long term costs of a bad lease is well worth the money. I can show y'all many instances of prior generation's bad contracts because they didn't know any better. | |
