I heard this on a radio program years ago and for some reason it stuck with me. The Dr on it suggested putting on clean socks THEN putting on underwear. His theory was you didn't want the fungus .. umm ... moving north.
Might not make a bit of difference, but it sounded good. And who wants to risk it? The benefit far outweighs the effort.
help...maybe a home remedy
