North of London | Funny how someone mentioning something triggers your own memory.
Soon as I read 37 flood I remembered the stories about the floods in London Ontario in 37.
By this story it was April but was probably compounded by snow melt.
The 37 flood was always used to create a system of dams to help prevent it happening in the future.
