Anhydrous is very dangerous, but it is something you don't need to be scared of but you must respect it and respect it greatly. Nh3 is all we have ever used and I personally have been handling it since I was 17 and as long as you keep the equipment in great shape and take the precautions it will be fine. Nh3 is a more readily available nitrogen than the other options so around here guys are prolly 90% anhydrous. You have taken the classes so you understand what you should do so follow the rules and don't cut corners and your chance of injury will drop considerably.
