SESD | Friend and I just talked about this a short time last night. Neither of us think it is the unforgivable sin. I was taught in catechism that you would go to hell. I don't see anywhere in the Bible where God says that any sin is unforgivable. A sin is a sin. Would you go to hell committing any other sin and happened to die while doing it? I doubt it. I believe it's what's in a persons heart that condemns him, not the sins he commits.(although our faith should be seen through our actions, if our actions do not reflect our so-called faith, maybe you should think twice about what/who you really worship) Any sin by a truly dedicated christian is a moment of weakness. That said, if the person has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, it makes no difference whether they committed suicide or not. | |
