Disposals go with surface in Texas. Here the put in in the San Andres formation. You won't get anything. Someone with enough area for the disposal well and the facilities has the right to place it on their land. Has to go through the approval process which is done by the railroad commission. Neighbors get notified and have the opportunity to complain.
